While the doctor himself was very plesant, the staff wad miserable. Very unorganized with their records. The staff loed to me when I asked to speak to a manager and just passed the phone to a random back office MA. They refused to give the doctor a message for me. Continuously got my records, labs, referrals mixed up into my husbands chart :( and they were less than helpful in trying to sort out the mess they created and one of the office staff even hung up on me.
