Wouldn’t recommend this provider based on his handling of one my parents who’s no longer with us. My parents had been patients for 20+ years and even personal friends, but I don’t care for his outdated big pharma approach. My loved one had an underlying condition that, I feel Dr. Assi completely dropped the ball in monitoring. I don’t entirely blame him as some of it was my parent’s stubbornness and EP’s lack of medical specialists. Dr Assi has been my primary care physician for the past decade. He has always been very attentive to my concerns and provided me with excellent care.
Careful who you see Julie Zuniga is not a primary care physician period and if you're old and sick run they are NOT according to Mrs. Zuniga associated with any hospital. Always monitor your meds they don't. When they had me on Clonazepam for 5 years every day and never told me it was addictive they could not refer me to a hospital because they have no affiliation.
