Dr. Abbas is wonderful. But his staff is atrocious. I have never seen anyone in healthcare that is so uncaring toward their patients. The staff is extremely rude. I came in to the doctors very depressed and the nurse asked me if I was suicidal. As I am crying, I explained that yes I was very suicidal and I was feeling very low and sad. And her response was “the doctor doesn’t like us to write that in your file.” She treated me with zero compassion. Best doctor around! We love him and he listens to our concerns.
Dr Abbas is a wonderful doctor but he really needs to open his eyes to the people he works with. They cut corners and could care less about the actual patient's. At least he treats them like human beings.
