On 2 different separate occasions, I've been to this tire shop in a pinch.. He stripped out my lug nuts, forcing me to have to buy a new wheel hub. When I called him to confront him about it, he told me I was too broke to afford new parts. On top of that, it was my wife with our 2 kids that he sent down the road with only 2 secure lug nuts. Horrible customer service... Beware!!!!

His Kids Coustomer Service Really Suck especially the one With Long Hair and Glasses makes you almost want to leave. Makes it seem like he does not want to help you but MUNDO/WILLY himself makes up For it in Price Care and Attention to detail!
Had a blowout and they were extremely helpful and the price was good. Honest people.
have used him for years so i go as normal to get tires & he put a mud tire on and a low profile on. silly me didn’t check before i left & i noticed when i drove it was driving weird & was breaking harsh so i look at tires & bring them back & he refused to believe me and was arguing saying there’s no difference in the tire because their same brand. terrible customer service this time
