We stayed at the pool house and I made sure to do a thorough job of cleaning before we left. I washed all of the dishes, leaving them cleaner than they were when I pulled them out. I left them to dry since I didn’t want to put them away while they’re wet. They charged a 50.00 cleaning fee just because I left the CLEAN dishes drying instead of putting them away while wet. The old lady is loosing her mind I was in the pool house she came out she threatened the people in the pool if they didn't get out she was gonna throw in a toaster I rented the pool house I threw out all the trash and washed all the dishes we used and she charged me a additional 50 dollars for cleaning fee I used to come here alot been coming to Mundo for years sad to say this will be the last time we will be going----- to ger reply that hidabed was in the living room how can you charge extra for something that was included?... read more

After a friend’s recent visit, I was shocked to learn that basic surfaces like countertops, toilets, and tubs are not routinely cleaned. Charging a cleaning fee is understandable, but admitting that they do not expect to include these areas in standard cleaning is unacceptable—they are essential to basic sanitation, not “deep clean” items. This also means guests may end up using a room that was only minimally cleaned after a prior guest, which is concerning. This raises serious issues with their cleanliness standards.
