I was a patient of this doctor for many years until today when I was I formed that I was given a 30 day notice to find a new PCP because they no longer take self pay patients (I was not informed of this). I'm very hurt by this treatment and wouldn't recommend anyone else go this route for fear you will also be left high and dry with little notice.
