On the sixth of June I brought an antique rocker to Mr. Munden for refinishing. The rocker was in very bad shape, but my wife loved it. All she wanted for her birthday was to have her beloved chair re-finished. I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I highly recommend using Munden’s refinishing services. He did a wonderful job.
I was so happy to fine a authentic antique furniture professional who knew his trade and had the tools, polishes, stains, and knowledge to repair 18th century furniture properly. Had a 70+ year old desk that was my parents and pretty beat up. Mr. Munden brought it back to life. He has a gift and I would use his services again without hesitation.
Excellent work. I have been to Mr. Munden twice to repair furniture. I would recommend him to anyone needing quality work done. Very pleased with the results.
I did a lot of research to identify someone who knew proper restoration practices for a mid-1800's piece of furniture that had not been taken care of and had been passed down through the generations. It was given to him swaying and barely held together. Mr. Munden took the furniture apart and put it back together using the original pieces.
