How embarrassing!! I thought the old fashion sign meant old frames etc !! 😑 BUT it’s a case of don’t judge a book by its cover !! Great frames and range of prices. AND competent good humoured women to help sort you out . They fixed a squashed Arm I did not even Buythere !! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥰
Beware, this business cares more about making money than the customer. •Charged an extra $1,000 for prescription sunglasses when fit overs would have been adequate. •Sold the frames I wanted without explaining that if I didn't go in fairly shortly, they would sell them. It was the NOT knowing that has disappointed me. I was shocked to have received such treatment without proper communication.
Very satisfied with the polite, courteous, professional service provided to me. Highly recommend.
I had my glasses done here, and the frame was slightly damaged during the fitting. I took it back to see if it can be fixed. The lady in front was super unhelpful and told me to go to seek manufacturers warranty. I won't go back here. Really poor customer service.
