I purchased this modular home in 2005.this house was put together after the hurricane Isabel in Maryland. I was excited to have it built after living in a FEMA 30 ft trailer for 2 years. After going over the craftsmanship of this house it is very shooty work. From bathroom sinks to kitchen counter they are not even up against the wall. to corners in the rooms nothing is square. the carpets were cheap linoleum was cheap everything was cheap cheaply made.
