Update: messaged number on the wall for issues and still have not gotten a response. Paid for premium automatic car wash. Did not get all the soap off vehicle. Had to run it back through a regular wash bay to remove soap. End bay of regular washes does not work. Also has palm dry in regular bay we used and no air pressure to get the water off.
Good wand pressure and stall was clean.
I used my debit card and only took 4 minutes of use and I was billed $20. That is a rip off.
I've used this wash in the past (and it's great!). Today, I had trouble with the equipment and called the number provided. The owner/manager picked up the phone quickly when I called and didn't hesitate for a second to help get me back on my way!!
