my experience overall was not great. I was not going to leave a poor review but honestly, this ended up being the worst ramen I have ever had. the woman working was very kind and I have worked in the service industry before so I definitely understand having a bad day and I do not want her to get in trouble at all. however, i ordered and paid ahead so I could just grab my food when I got there. Everything was absolutely amazing!! Great atmosphere, very kind staff, and an extensive menu! I love the tops they use for their boba!!!
my boyfriend and i have visited here 2 times and got the same thing both times. the birria raman the first time was delicious extremely flavorful. Unfortunately this past time we went the birria raman tasted extremely watered down it had little to no flavor at all. I’m not sure if we got a bad batch or what happened but we had to go home and add a lot of seasonings just to make it even edible. very disappointing for the price and they never answered when i reached out about the problem.
