Customer service here was great and the food was very tasty!
So I was at Munchy’s on Friday of last week and I haven’t had it for a while but it used to be very good but the prices have gone up so much and I feel as though the quality of the burgers went down as well. I got a cheeseburger and fries which the fries were fine but the cheeseburger tasted very dry, overcooked and lacked flavor. Not sure if the management has chance here but I’m very disappointed from now versus before when I used to go there!
Cashier was super friendly and efficient. Food was awesome.
The work ethic alone of the woman at the counter deserves 5 stars. Phones ringing, taking orders, people in and out, preparing orders, processing payments. She is an MVP to say the least. What can I say? I have a high respect for people who work hard at small business. Its a grind to say the least. This was before I even ordered. Went with a breakfast platter, even though I really wanted to get one of the sandwiches.. The platter as very good. Everything was as expected.
