Order a pick up order and when I got there it was closed. I prepaid and left a tip hopefully I can get a refund

Placed a pickup order on Tuesday June 10th. When I showed up to the restaraunt around 5pm it was closed. The hours on Google say open. I have tried calling, however the two phone numbers I've found are wrong numbers or never answered. So I have not been able to get this resolved and refunded. Did they go out of business? Wish they listed their correct hours, correct phone numbers and didn't let orders go through when they're closed. For now I'm still trying to reach someone.

This place accepted my order through snackpass even when the place was closed due to construction. Hours were not updated online and snackpass was probably not informed either. Now, snackpass isn't responding to my queries for refund.

WORST PLACE EVER. Never go here. Lies about not having a chef to make food, keeping stores closed on working days, and just bland and gross food. They take online orders and when the dasher goes to pick food up the store is closed. Like you guys are pretending to run a business. Stick with the rules or just don’t serve.
