It took 2 hrs to get our food. I called after the first hr and asked if the wait was going to be another hr and it sure was because he didn't put the order in until I called. The bottom of the pizza was so hard even a sharp knife wouldn't cut it. Over all a terrible experience.
Worst customer service ever! They have a whole attitude. And when you call to place an order they will leave you on hold for over 5 mins. And they were not busy
Food is good but the staff have awful attitudes and customer service. Even when a mistake on their end is brought to their attention you will not receive an apology or accommodation. After repeatedly being mistreated and unappreciated I will take my business elsewhere. Jessica needs to go through customer service training. I will attempt to follow up with upper management (Jose) but highly doubt that it will be addressed.
