I want to thank the CMA team for their help with the process of trying to relieve the neck pain that I've suffered with for over a year. This was an amazing class. Muna is very knowledgeable of all Pilates equipment and how they work your muscles.
Had a great Saturday morning class with Muna! She cares about form and precision and makes sure you are comfortable while working hard. The machines are adjustable to cater to beginner levels, and the environment is very welcoming and private. Definitely recommend :)
