Just a great group of people who are working hard to please the members.
Tellers or at least the ones that I’ve had contact with are not friendly at all. I seriously doubt they make enough to have their noses up in the air as far as they do. The way I see it there are many choices in banks and credit unions and I chose this one so I should be treated as such! I’ve complained and I never see the same teller there except for 1 who is extremely rude. It’s almost like it’s a skill required before being hired. They could definitely use a customer service class
