If I could rate this experience 0 out of 5, I absolutely would. I had a few questions regarding some automatic drafts on my account and was connected with a teller named Gail (or Gale?). I have genuinely never encountered a worse teller in my life. She was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude from the start.
