Bad experience – I was sent to them from West End Alterations because West End said my wedding dress was too complicated. So I walked right over and went it. A. It looked like a roll of fabric threw up all over the floor. I couldn't believe how unorganized and messy everything looked. B. I had to speak up and talk to them first, no one greated me at the door. BRIDES BEWARE! – The worst part of my wedding was working w/Muna. Every second was painful! She guarantees a perfect fit on your wedding day... My dress did fit, but the bussel (and thus the hem) was too long, causing my dress to drag the entire day, ultimately coming out. Needless to say I had to hold the end of dress throughout the reception. BEST IN THE BUSINESS – I ordered my wedding dress in a size 10 and between the time of ordering and when it arrived I lost 40 pounds and went down to a size 2. The dress was custom done so I couldn't return it. I was definitely in trouble! My dress was a designer dress and I was warned not to take it to just anybody because a lot of seamstresses aren't accustomed to handling luxury fabrics. A class of its own! – Muna's place is like no other. Her work is like art. She made my wife's wedding dress and it was divine. She uses the very best of fabrics from around the world. Muna will work with you one on one to make your dream gown. She is very honest and very welcoming. They primarly only make women's wear and are on the pricey side, but you get what you paid for.
