Very accusatory our entire visit and repeatedly said she didn’t “have time” to do certain things (ex: MyChart, medication management. Asked if she “said something to upset me” as she could tell I was then nervous. Took weeks to respond to a medication refill request and only did so after I sent another request. All around bad experience, unfortunately.
I have never been treated with so much contempt after communicating that I was feeling very stressed and dissatisfied with the coordination of care I was receiving. If you have any sort of complex, or traumatic medical/cancer history… do not see this doctor. She offered me no information specific to my concern, until I asked for a change in provider. Then claimed I should be very satisfied. She said I “should see a counselor” (but didn’t make a referral) she just used it as a way to discount the validity of my concerns. I AM... read more
