Sad to say I won't be returning here again. One of the women working the desk was incredibly rude, called me a derogatory slur, was not respectful, and this was 100% unprompted. I have always been very polite to them, courteous, quiet, and tip generously. Thought it was a very odd, unnecessary, and confusing encounter. Hope no one else has to deal with this here.

The lady who was doing my nails was so rude. I only gave 2$ tip didn’t want to give any. I usually do my nails at Q and Q nail salon and their service is way better. The girl who was doing my nail literally sighed and argued the whole time. Nails are expensive you should feel like a spa not rushed. Never coming back. I should get a refund honestly.

I witnessed the woman next to me having her gel scraped off with the technician’s METRO CARD. And my own manicure was very aggressive, my nail beds were all cut up afterwards. My gel manicure chipped after 8 hours. Very tense atmosphere too.

Loved this salon as it was quiet and clean. My manicurist Angela did a wonderful job and I will be back.
