My granddaughter bought a sketch board for her birthday and I was shocked when she unwrapped it only to find that the.box was empty. I took it back and explained my situation and the lady was extremely helpful and gave me another one to replace it. I must say they have excellent customer service and I'll continue shopping with them
Staffs are extremely terrible and rude.The rudest person I ever met.
They made the cheat on the price tag. 2 types shoes with only 1 price tag. When you pay it is more expensive. The taff didn't respond. Bad experience!!
I would give it a negative star if the option is available due to one highly irritating shop assistant there who thinks she owns the business and looked down on me thinking I am a robber. I wont describe which one due to privacy and safety concerns but she probably identifies as a female? Plus, I seem to have a legitimate receipt for buying a pink hat. So yeah.... kthxbye!
