Horrible Customer Service — Do Not Shop Here! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this shop. I purchased a gold bracelet which broke after just 24 hours of wearing it — something that should never happen. When my mother and I (two women) returned to the shop to address the issue, we were met with verbal abuse and blame instead of any sort of understanding.
