I have had the best experience with Mum's Matter, I started seeing Justine after I had my second baby and I feel so grateful for every session with her. Mum's Matter have one-on-one psychology sessions and also so many great courses, webinars and watch on demand content, highly recommend. They have a long waitlist so I recommend registering with them and getting a GP mental health plan as soon as you think you might need their services to speed up the process.
