Corri and his entire crew were awesome! From my first call to Rachel till the last technician left my home. They were prompt, prioritized work, and quickly got out home heated again. Their pricing is fair and competitive. This is the second time we’ve used them and we have them speed dial for any future HVAC needs.
We are so glad we had Mumm's install a new furnace, as well as a heatpump/AC system. I knew they were the best choice from the day of the estimate. They were not only more reasonable than the larger companies but they were considerate of our heating needs rather than just in it for the money. They communicated well throughout the installation process, coordinating with the vent cleaner company and the electrician. Mumm's is great! They went above and beyond for my wife and I after just moving into Ferndale and finding numerous issues with our heating setup. Without asking they made room for us before our initial appointment and got our furnace fixed so we would have heat before it got too cold out. Really appreciate them for this and will definitely be a returning customer!
Our furnace went out, and Mumm's came out to take a look at it, even arriving a little early. They were professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. They repaired the furnace quickly too, showed me the broken part, and clearly explained to me what the issue had been. I'm really impressed!
We had a Samsung Ductless replaced with a Mitsubishi Ductless. Stacie worked with us to try and fix the Samsung. She sent Dylan out and he worked on the system. A new card was ordered and it did not fix the problem. We had the new Mitsubishi system installed. Cory and Dylan came out and the new system was installed that day.
