Called Mr. Mumbauer to notify him of my mother‘s passing. He was retained by her to fill out legal documents, including Will, power of attorney, and other legal documents. He told me he would not be able to help me and he didn’t have copies of the legal documents. He offered no explanation and was cold. Please beware and avoid this poor excuse for a lawyer.
