This is a TERRIBLE service. We had an agreement for $120 for two bathrooms...then two cleaners rock up (we didn't ask for two) and at the end they ask for $143 because they were two people???. We say we are only giving $120 as that was the agreed upon rate. They leave, but then one of the cleaners returns and hands us her phone...it is her boss. Excellent service! Elina and her team do a wonderful job every time. The attention to detail is outstanding – every corner is spotless, and the house feels fresh and welcoming after each visit. Would not recommend this business. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. As a new mother in the postpartum period, I was relying on your business to help maintain my home during a vulnerable and challenging time. They used to do a good job 5 yrs ago so I phoned them after not seeing them for years and asked them to clean. They asked for $120 for two hours. Two people showed up and they said they would do 1hr with 2 people cleaning which sounded fair. At 35-40mins they stopped and brought the cleaning supplies downstairs. I am sharing because I worry Mum and Me Housekeeping may exploit people dealing with illness or vulnerability. Asking for help can be incredibly hard and shameful, especially when you are already struggling with health issues or a demanding life.
