Update!Es normal que los lugares se dañen, y este es el caso aqui. Nosotros no volveremos a gastar ni un centavo mas en este lugar, y les recomiendo lo mismo.

Recently i posted about poor customer service regarding asking for millage warranty (alll but excuses to honor it). Now, i called two days ago since i really liked the tire so i call for availability of 4 tires. I was told will return my call after i shared tire model and size... it NEVER happend. I ended up buying a set of 4 Michellin tires. In brief: poor after the sale service. Distracted to provide the necesary info to clients in order for them to make an informed decision.
