I hired Multitest on August 8th to perform a pyrite test at my property in Pointe-Claire. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The initial report concluded there was no pyrite issue (marked as negligible). However, after I brought in a structural engineer who identified horizontal cracks consistent with pyrite-related damage, I went back to Multitest with questions.
