We order a part cause they said it would work on a twister wood wrapper. It arrived and wouldn’t work we contacted them and they said sorry no refunds.Basically we are out 74 dollars with shipping and was rude when we called earlier in the week about the shipping status. Also didn’t want to give us a receipt of the order. Was considering buying a electric wood wrapper from this company but after this experience will definitely go elsewhere if that is the customer service they have.
