He is one of the project managers and is easily accessible and a joy to work with. Most importantly he understands boat manufacturers warranty claim processes and how to navigate them. Multitech completed repairs to rudders of a catamaran we were purchasing that were identified defective upon survey. Five months later, without using the boat at all, the repairs failed completely and the identical defects were present. Multitech refused to stand by their work and quoted an 'expired warranty' - which was neither on the receipt for repair nor anywhere on their website. Their work was dismal and resulted in us having to have both rudders completely rebuilt by a reputable company at our cost. I would not hire t... read more
