Since Missouri Credit Union merged and became Multipli, I have been very dissatisfied with their online banking app. The appearance and functionality sucks! Customer service has definitely gotten worse as well. When I reached out by phone for assistance this morning, there were 8 people ahead of me in the que. I decided to use the chat function instead.
