since the name change it has been rough. limited deposits. 2x ATM fees. website is down all the time. ATM machines are slow and broken a lot. An in person deposit was accidentally put in some else's name once. luckily that was fixed quickly. Overall terrible experience for someone who has been banking there 20+ years.
I tried and got a loan for a vehicle. They were very friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much for Multipli and for Bethany Wishon.

I really enjoy the people that work here, and before 09/2024 had no issues. They updated a processor or bank card lender this month (Sep. 2024) to River Region Community. This transition has locked me out of my online banking, required multiple attempts to ensure the bank and card processor had my information correct, and prevented me from making online purchases within the normal bounds of my monthly activity.
