Been a Missouri Credit Union member since the ninties and was spoiled by the great service. I had a problem with getting through to the new Multpli CU by phone to customer service. I'm very appreciative that Multipli reached out to me to help with my new routing number for direct deposits and confirming that my balances successfully transferred.
Been with this Bank since 2017. Very good Staffing and they give out Waters if you have to wait for something. ❤️. Very friendly and positive. Staff
As of 09/01/2024 Multipli merged with River Region. River Region considers CashApp and Steam purchases fraudulent. If you are a gamer, use CashApp, or otherwise feel as though you should be able to spend your money the way you want when you wan, Multipli is no longer for you.
after moving here and starting a couple of businesses I chose to go with a smaller local bank instead of a larger national one. Multipli is the 3rd bank I've used since I've moved here and I can now see the appeal of the larger more established banks. From 5 days for a mobile deposit to clear, 1 Teller working drive through and walk in both, only being able to see the last 20 days or so of transactions online, not being part of the CO-OP, and just finally getting biometric log in on the app I feel like this place is 10 years... read more
