They have helped me out when I truly needed it. The last thing was kind of stressful with the lack of communication from my navigator but in the end it worked out and I am greatful.
I very pleased with the services. No is ever at the office to speak to directly. Extremely long wait times and I still have not been helped. I’ve tried registering online with no success. An error message pops up that doesn’t explain what needs to be done to fix the problem. It hurts my heart for companies like this that are funding by the government but do not do their job. Extremely frustrating. Will never recommend.
Very helpful and informative. They help me manage my MS and provide community resources.
