Newer seen such rude and unprofessional behaviour in any clinic. And I am a person on weelchair. Was refused service for being 5 min. late and let them know in advance that will be there in 5 min.
They are absolutely the BEST. Most of my family goes to Multimed. We all see different doctors there. They dont disappoint. The front staff are polite and professional. Don't have one single complaint.
I have been a patient with Dr. Funk for approximately 3 years. I'm writing this review regarding Dr. Funk and his medical staff at Multimed because it is the only way I know of to show and express my appreciation for the care I've been given. The entire staff are total professionals and caring individuals. I would recommend Dr. Funk, and I do, to anyone who is seeking the best health care provider for their needs. In my life, I have been to too many doctors. Never have I had an experience as great as this one in Dr. Funks office. The doctors are magnificent. The PA's are great. The entire office staff is wonderful. I feel as if, everyone in that office cares about me, as if I am family. Instead of dreading a doctor visit, I look forward to it. When I have a problem, I call, and get a response within a couple of hours.
