Filled out all my patient intake paperwork expecting to schedule an appointment as a new patient and I never heard from them. Waited a month with no call or messages so I decided to request a new appointment. The appointment was declined with no further explanation or offer to rebook on a better day so I'll be going with another office for my treatment.
A mental health care agency that does not hire Licensed Clinical Social Workers, is not an agency I would refer anyone to.
