Oh I love this place not only because they served me milk and cookies when I stopped by to obtain forums I needed to screw over my tenants, they actually helped me by showing me how to properly falsify them. Being able to lie on the "24 hour notice to vacate paperwork" they gave me really streamlined the process and I got to keep the tenants security deposit and everything they couldnt remove from the house in time. Thanks Multifamily NW! You truly are the best slumlord coaches in the PNW.
Northwest MF has a serious problem. They seem to have no idea who they actually represent. They seek donations and funding from landlords and property managers but politically they are aligned with government apparatchiks and tenants. Their mission statement has the typical specious kumbaya statement of ending “The tired us vs them narrative “, but sitting in the middle of the road is generally a great way to get run over. I just visited their offices during a Red Cross blood drive, and the staff was so friendly, plus they fed me cookies, donuts and juice, oh so tasty.
