It would take all week to express how grateful I am to have used Multifacet Services. Very prompt, very professional , very honest and very meticulous. I've worked in various lines of construction and I pay a great amount of attention to detail and I found absolutely nothing out of order or questionable. Mario was fantastic, fast and thorough. He is extremely trustworthy, we trusted him enough to leave him with a key to our home while we were gone for the day/night. Mario was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I was highly impressed with how he cleaned up after himself. He also did our entire inside and outside unit by himself. I was dreading a hot and uncomfortable summer when my AC decided to quit on me. Thankfully, I found Multifacet Services based on the great reviews, and they definitely lived up to the hype! From the initial call, they were professional and responsive. They were able to send a technician out quickly, which was amazing considering the summer rush. The technician, Mario, was fantastic. We have known Mario for about 9 years. He has performed many different jobs for us including working on our HVAC, repairing our wood privacy fence, painting, electrical and concrete repair. He is prompt and hard working. Once he starts a job he doesn’t take a break until that job is finished. He is extremely polite. Most important, he is reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Mario for whatever needs to be done.
