Again, I’m looking at this place having 4 stars and it’s absolutely absurd to me. MANY people agree that this practice needs to shut down. The management and team seemed UN-qualified and had terrible customer service. The DENTIST didn’t even introduce herself!!!!!! DON’T GO TO THIS PRACTICE. If ANYTHING SHUT IT DOWN AND STOP SCAMMING INSURANCE COMPANIES!!!!!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE! (Sorry it’s long but it’s worth the read) LITERALLY THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The front staff is RUDE, unprofessional, & they DO NOT CALL YOU BACK! For starters , I am 7 months pregnant & was in extreme pain. My first appt, they cancelled it 10 minutes before (family issue). I live an hour away. Okay I understand, that happens.
