This office is absolutely terrible. The hours posted on line are never accurate. The staff unfortunately need training because they look like they don’t know what they are doing. I always have to be rude and obnoxious just to get I’m asking for. The worst part of all the doctors responsible to everything is “oh I don’t know”. I never get a call informing me about my test results or if I should come in for the results. I asked for my immunization records and apparently the staff doesn’t know how to remember to send the record... read more
Very nice and clean office !!!!! I had called several times trying to reach out to Dr Arellano to get my blood test results..leave message with the receptionist.. dr never called me back....
