I’m extremely disappointed and shocked by the way I was treated by this business. I had to cancel two appointments in advance, giving proper notice each time out of respect for their time. When I attempted to reschedule, they simply told me they don't want my business anymore as if giving notice and being responsible somehow made me an unreliable client. Our business trusted this establishment to do our taxes and be our accounting team. They claimed to have file our sales taxes and billed us to do so but all they did was ask for an extension to go on vacation and still bill us monthly for work that never was completed. The owner is rude and does not communicate properly with clients. Would not recommend . This review is per our HR TEAM here at Precision Autobody.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. This gentlemen took months to file sales tax paperwork that was not obtained by the IRS. He made me sign a power of attorney so that he can file these papers charged me a fee for those 3 months and then dropped me because my quickbooks and taxes where to complicated. I would not recommend Nelson Soler to anyone. When I came into his office to pick up proof of what he did he turned very confrontational and slammed the papers in my hands and spoke to me aggressively and unprofession... read more
