I scheduled an appointment five days ago, but they never called to confirm it; I came in for therapy but wasn't seen. The receptionist is incompetent and unpleasant—she shows no regard for patients. I do not recommend this place at all.
I had a wonderful experience with MCC. My dad needed to have a court ordered assessment completed, and we went to a few different places trying to have it done, but we kept getting rejected because my dad doesn't speak English. I offered to translate but no one agreed to that. I was getting frustrated not being able to find where my dad can have an assessment done, and I was so happy when I finally found this place!
