Paid $65 in June 2025 to repair my Mavic 2 Pro. Authorized the repair, but never heard back. Called—they said “a couple months.” It’s now January 2026. Extremely unprofessional.
I called here desperately looking for parts for my Matrice 600 pro after searching the web and finding out my drones parts had to be ordered from China because they've been discontinued. I spent $10,500 on a DJI Matrice 300 RTK demo unit, and the experience was far from professional. On the day of the transaction, everything seemed fine until after I paid. The drone was displayed alongside the batteries and charger and assumed were included. However, once the payment was complete, they handed me an older model charger and batteries instead of the ones shown. Bought a $1,700 drone from here less than 6 months ago. A couple of months after purchase, I had issues with a camera malfunction code that materialized out of nowhere. When I brought it back in, I was told it costs $65 for a diagnosis, and that it was only a 50/50 chance they could solve the problem. I would've been happy swapping out the device, as it is faulty.
