I had a wonderful experience with both the midwives and the OB's at Covington Multicare! I originally was a patient of Ashley Cummings and she was absolutely WONDERFUL! I ended up getting a hematoma and was considered a high risk pregnancy so I had to switch to Dr. Holly Yuan. She was also wonderful.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! IT'S SO UPSETTING. I LEFT A VM AND NEVER GOT A CALL BACK, IT'S LIKE THEY DELETE THE VM IF YOU CALL 5MIN BEFORE CLOSING AJD THEN JUST PRETEND THEY DON'T HEAR IT. Whatever scheduler receptionist is definitely never their.
