Dr Butlin is a fantastic doctor. She listened to me. I felt genuinely supported, heard, and believed. It was an incredibly positive experience. Additionally, my hysterectomy performed by Dr. Butlin was easily the easiest recovery of any abdominal surgery I've had, with massive quality of life improvements.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my wife had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to schedule an appointment at this clinic. She’s not even the one writing this review because she’s so upset by what happened. Since we’re new to the area, she initially reached out in April to book an appointment with a new OBGYN. At the time, she was told to wait until June, as new doctors and nurses would be assigned to the clinic. Very caring doctor and staff
Currently on day 9 of waiting for the office to fill out and sign my wife’s FMLA paperwork so we can apply for benefits and get our paychecks since the state takes an additional 2-3 weeks to review applications. Long hold times to speak to anybody and the actual office has not reached out at all or followed up like they said they would. According to the state, Doctor offices have 7 calendar days to fill out the paperwork. Not impressed with the inability to sign a document stating my wife gave birth.
