Absolutely awful experience with this office. It’s incredibly hard to even get ahold of anyone when you call to schedule, then once you do talk to a real person they’re so disrespectful. They refuse to give their name (i worked in healthcare, this is a big red flag). You would think women would treat other women better considering this is a women’s clinic. Pregnancy is stressful enough, rude front desk ladies make it even worse. 0/10 Do not recommend this clinic for anyone.
Getting hold on this place is insanely hard! Every time I call, im.put on hold for at least 15min, and sometimes I end up being disconnected. Its very frustrating because if you go to the office the receptionists dont seem to be on the phone that much so I dont understand. Please do better!!!
Dr butlin is amazing and I couldn’t recommended her enough, I had two babies under her care and both were pretty complex cases and she was amazing throughout both pregnancies and deliveries!
they don’t listen, they don’t care, and they sure don’t help. forget wanting real care, they’ll throw birth control at you and ignore the real issues you are going through. i tried switching to an obgyn and was told i wasn’t allowed to see said obgyn, to take birth control, and canceled my appointment after i told them not to. they don’t want to help you.
I visited this clinic seeking help and guidance for perimenopause, but I left disappointed. The physician didn’t take the time to listen or help me find relief. Instead, she dismissed (HRT) as being too expensive without explaining the options, leaving me unable to make an informed decision. I cannot recommend this clinic. It’s better to find a physician who is willing to engage in a meaningful conversation about your symptoms and health, I found mine at Sound Medicine.
