I love the staff here! Very lovely folks, professional, took care of my . The only reason I take a star off is because they use Natera which has a history of predatory billing practices. Difficult company to work with. I also have never been able to get through on their posted phone number. There have been several times where I've been on hold 10-15 minutes and the phone is not answered. It's just not acceptable to even wait that long.
They take foreverrrrr to pick up the phone, you have to call a couple times and stay on hold for while each time before they actually answer for an appointment
I’ve seen Jennifer Permann for years and appreciate her responsiveness to my questions. She takes the time to listen.
