I called to see if a certain provider who I'd seen at Franciscan was working here because I trust this provider and don't want to be seen by anyone else. The receptionist that answered was very kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. It did take a little bit for them to answer which I'm sure is because they were handling patients inside the clinic as well as other callers ahead of me waiting to be spoken with. I have not been seen at this clinic yet but hope to in the near future.
