I’ve called three times this morning and it kept going to their answering system. We then decided to do a walk-in visit and arrived there at 12:20 pm. We were greeted by a very nice lady only to be told that they were out for lunch from 12:30-1:30, I was a bit confused because it was only 12:22. The nice lady gave me a card and informed me to call and leave a message. Let’s wait and see if they’ll return my calls.

I had appointment today and I try to open the door and the co worker was just holding the door from me opening it and kept talking to someone instead of letting me know if all appointments are cancelled for further noticed. It would of been nice to get a call letting me know that my appointment is cancelled and not waste my time driving there to deal with that. That was very unprofessional.

I've been calling and calling, leaving voicemails for the past month and have not received a call back at all. Every single time I have called I've been sent to voicemail or they just don't answer. I've called at various hours and still no response. I will goto corporate about this. It doesn't seem like I'm the only one with this problem.

Good with having available appointments, but the receptionist is kinda snotty!

I’ve called for days and it goes straight to voicemail, I’m tired of leaving voicemails .🙄
