Went to Urgent Care when I was having a miscarriage, they got me in to a bed right away and got me started on fluids and scheduled my surgery for the same day. They were all very friendly.
My sister-in-law was released 10 times worse than at the time admitted. She had to be admitted at another hospital. Valley had drugged her so badly she was incapacitated. A few years ago, this hospital treated her with the best of care.
If you have a choice of choosing a hospital for inpatient, I wouldn't recommend Valley Hospital. Reason: 1. Nursing staff are not caring, unprofessional, poor attitudes. They are not work well together as a team 2. While patient need rest, the noise levels was so disruptive. 3. While the hospital proudly of World Class Service, you will be starving to death. I came to this hospital after dislocating both of my knees. I got a student doctor and she told me to take ibuprofen and that I would be fine to go back to my job as a waitress in three days. I was in a wheelchair for a month! And I had to go to another doctor to get the horrible, horrible pain under control... When my husband thought he had broken his ankle, we went to Valley ER. What a wonderful and caring place. Thankfully it was not broken. Just a very bad sprain. We can't thank the staff enough for their great care and help.
This hospital and staff are amazing. I personally feel that all involved truly care for the patient. I commend on a job well done.
