En todo los sentidos el personal amable y atento a la emergencia que llevas, todo muy limpio eh asistido siempre aquí no te tardas tardas horas y horas, este lugar te atienden bien rápido y seguro lo amable que son doctoras amo este lugar

I come here often. But today my experience was horrible because I had pain 10/10 but MD Haixu Yan gave me painkiller injection which will last for 4 hours and Tylenol, how on the earth a Dr can disregard patients pain?

I had a serious medical emergency and was treated at this ER before being transported to the hospital. Everyone I encountered was very kind and caring including the security guard. I received excellent care and would recommend this ER to anyone. I was very scared and upset but the staff took time to help me calm down. Thank you to all the staff that helped me!

The receptionist told me on my 3 visits to the restroom that it was the last time she would give me the code to get in. I have been here 3 hours and have a small bladder. That kind of customer service is not appreciated. Please be kind to people because you don't know everyone's circumstances.

We checked in and waited at the lobby. After they called our name and they took us to the hall b and they sit us on chair in the main lobby. I had a very bad body pain and fever and I was not comfortable sitting in the chair I told them and they were ignoring me. I wait for the doctor to see me 1.5 hours and I was dying from the pain. Then I told the nurse if I could get pain relief she went and brought that after 17 minutes which I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes at this point.
