We had a great experience visiting the ER. Professional and compassionate staff, clean and comfortable facility. Front desk lady was helpful and we got seen shortly after arriving. We’re thankful to everyone who served our child!
This was an awful experience for me and my partner. we entered into the hospital and she has strep throat, we were seen promptly after 20-30 minutes which was probably the only good experience about this entire situation. she was sat down in the hallway about 30 meters away from the lobby doors and she is having her vitals taken. they asked a few general questions and we mention that she has not eaten for 4 days at this point, and has been able to drink only capfuls of gatorade at a time. they go in do get a blood draw and t... read more
I was having some PTSD issues from my service. Entire nursing station was complaining about the Blue Angel's performing for Seafair. I just got up and left. I have never felt more unwelcome or uncared for in my life.
If you have an emergency and you live in Federal Way this is the best place to go. The staff are nice and highly qualified. They treat you like a person to listen to you.
