We checked in and waited at the lobby. After they called our name and they took us to the hall b and they sit us on chair in the main lobby. I had a very bad body pain and fever and I was not comfortable sitting in the chair I told them and they were ignoring me. I wait for the doctor to see me 1.5 hours and I was dying from the pain. Then I told the nurse if I could get pain relief she went and brought that after 17 minutes which I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes at this point. I had a truly disappointing experience. The overall staff were rude and unprofessional, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected during my time there. What made it even worse was the behavior of Dr. Conner and his Male stuff I couldn’t catch his name they were not only rude, but also loud and careless with my mom personal health information. Literally went in there today and they were amazing they helped me with my issues. They actually fixed my issue that I had for 4 months. I wish I could give you more stars. You are all amazing.

I thought I might have to wait longer, but my first visit took 30 minutes, and the second was under 10. If they see you're in an emergency, they prioritize you. The emergency room I went to in Kent, however, took more than 5 hours. Thanks!

Long wait, got "treated" right in the hallway along with multiple other patients, got sent home feeling the same way. End up with multiple unexplainable bills that either have to pay or bad credit. Think twice about come here for "treatment" next time.
