I had a terrible experience with this clinic, and I want to warn you about it. While the building looks like a MultiCare facility, the doctors don't actually work for them. Instead, they're employed by a separate company called Western Washington Emergency Physicians (WWEP). This wasn't something I was told when I was there. I went to the clinic twice, and even with great insurance, I was hit with a huge surprise bill. I absolutely love it here! I have been here 4 or 5 times for different reasons and I accompanied someone here for their reasons. All times were just a wonderful experience! Honestly a breath of fresh air the nurses and the doctors a amazing, attentive and so sweet! Today I experience a nurse named Michelle and a doctor named Ian. They were amazing! This was my 2nd ER visit in the past 20 years. I preface my comments with that to share that I don’t really know what the experience typically looks like. I shut my thumb in my car door last night. The pain was and continued to be excruciating. I’d hoped it’d resolve over night but instead it hurt more than childbirth, continuously. My thumb and first two fingers are swollen to twice the size of the fingers on my other hand, and the pain is of the severity that makes you vomit. I arrived at 8:45a. The doctor did not come and check in with me at all, the nurses kept come in and out, providing bare minimum attention to my injury. I am calling a lawyer to file a suit
