After a visit which didn't resolve my issue just pushed it off as heart burn and a gaint bruise from them taking blood if they would of just used the normal vein would of been fine but no they went on the smallest vein and when it wouldn't give blood they pushed on it hard which hurt and messed my vein up if I can attach a Pic I would 5 hrs so they could mess my arm up and till its heart burn go to the parkland one or better yet good Sam tg this place was saint Claire only take me there if I'm dead
The staff here really did an awesome job. We thought my 4 year old daughter may have broken her arm. She was brought into a room as soon as we checked in. They did a great job to get her comfortable and calm. The X ray tech even gave her Disney stickers to make her feel better. Thankfully it was just a sprain. The nurses did a great job of taking her mind off of the pain she was in.
Wait time to be seen is ridiculously long.
I went to the emergency department yesterday because I was having significant pain and believed I had another ovarian cyst. The staff took my concerns seriously, and after my evaluation, Dr. Burn confirmed that I was right. The nurses were incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive throughout my visit. Even though the emergency department was busy and they were caring for many other patients, they checked on me as often as they could, made sure I was comfortable, and kept me informed. I cannot even begin to rant and rave so appreciatively of the care we received coming to this ER!! We had the absolute best care I have ever had and my kiddo was treated like a million bucks!! We came in for a wound and it was the most laid back, relaxed, friendliest atmosphere with the utmost professionalism, knowledge and experience and it shined through!!!
